Yes. Card is required upfront at Stripe Checkout for Pro. No charge happens during the 7-day trial – if you cancel before it ends, we won't bill a cent.

In admin → Billing → "Manage billing". Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid period – no more charges after that.

An integration is a vendor (Ringostat, Telegram, Google Ads, etc.). A project is a single account inside that vendor. An agency with 3 Ringostat clients has 1 Ringostat integration and 3 projects inside it. Pro allows up to 3 projects per integration; Business is unlimited.

Retention window for webhook data (Telegram history, Ringostat calls, etc.). Starter has no history – the LLM agent only sees current actions. Pro keeps 90 days, Business 365 days.

Cancel any time – we won't charge for the next month. Refunds on a partially-used paid month are case-by-case and handled by request. Email viktor@brama.work.

Yes. All customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS. Integration credentials get an additional encryption layer. Data is isolated per customer.
